How do I log in to my AUSTA account?
Log in with the username and password you selected when creating your membership.
I can’t remember my password or username.
Use your email address as your username to access your log in details.
Passwords can be reset at any time by providing you email address.
I’ve logged in. Now what?
You can now access the Members Only Section of the website where you can access resources and special discounts from our partners. You can also set up your User Profile as teacher and/or performer and renew and review your membership options.
Members can place advertisements in the classifieds section, promote performances, look for playing opportunities, find a teacher and suggest articles for Stringendo.
I need to update my details.
To update your name, address, phone number or other details, simply log in to your account on the website – www.austa.asn.au and click on the Members Only Section heading. Select Profile and update your details.
Alternatively, you can send an email to the AUSTA administrator listing the details you wish to change. The administrator’s email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I find out about AUSTA Events?
All AUSTA events can be found on our website www.austa.asn.au. Select your Chapter (State) from the menu. You will be taken to the Chapter Home/Notices page, listing information relevant to Chapter members. From there, select the Events menu where will find all the events for your Chapter. You can also attend the events of other Chapters too as your AUSTA membership is national.
AUSTA Chapters send out regular eNew updates on upcoming events.
AUSTA runs Facebook pages in each Chapter plus a National page. You can also connect with AUSTA on Twitter. Social Media provides AUSTA members with opportunities to communicate national and state information online.
How do I link staff members to my school or organisation membership?
Send the people you want linked the Unique Code or direct link provided in the email sent to you when you joined AUSTA.
If you have misplaced the code, you can find it in your User Profile.
