Our school is looking for a Cello Tutor to start term 1 2026.

Inaburra School, at Bangor in Sydney’s Southern suburbs, is a vibrant K–12 school with a flourishing strings program, and we are searching for a passionate Cello Tutor to inspire and
develop young musicians in our Junior School.

Position Details:

You will work across several of our key Junior and Senior School programs including:

• Year 2 String Program
• Elementary Strings
• Junior Strings
• Chamber Strings
• Private studio teaching of students

This position requires availability on the following days:

• Monday: 2:30pm – 4:15pm for Chamber Strings Rehearsal (Private teaching may be scheduled prior to rehearsal)
• Wednesday: 7:30am – 4:00pm for all Junior School rehearsals (Private teaching may be scheduled prior to rehearsal)

• Enthusiastic, passionate educator committed to nurturing young musicians
• Excellent communicator with students, families and staff
• Willing to be available to support performances and events – outside of school hours.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
