Andrew Metaxas

Formerly a permanent member of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (1985-2001), I have been freelancing with the Melbourne and Tasmanian Symphony Orchestras since 2001. I have also played for several chamber ensembles drawn from WASO and TSO, most recently touring the Schubert “Trout” Quintet for Virtuosi Tasmania. Since moving in Melbourne in September 2010, I have played with the MSO and have been involved in recording film soundtracks.
