Junior Strings of Banyule

Junior Strings of Banyule (JSB) is an ensemble for young string players at AMEB Grade 1–5 level (or equivalent), offering a fun and educational environment to develop orchestral performance skills. The ensemble focuses on building technique, ensemble playing, and musical confidence through a varied repertoire of classical, popular, and original works designed to support student growth.

JSB rehearses weekly during school term and performs concerts in professional venues. Managed by Heidelberg Orchestras Inc, the ensemble emphasizes teamwork, musical learning, and positive performance experiences for young musicians.
