Traders & Advertising
The traders tables will be located in the venue dining area where lunch and refreshments will be served from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon. Set up will be available from Friday afternoon.
All trade tables will be equally sized trestle tables (1820 x 760, no booths). Includes one conference registration* and catering for one extra. Cost is $1,100 (inc GST).
AUSTA members may book a half table (shared with another member). Includes one full conference registration*. Cost is $650 (inc GST). At this stage there will be a maximum of 20 tables available for hire.

Advertising (delegates bags)
As an alternative, or in addition to table bookings, you can include advertising material in the bags to be given to all delegates at registration. Single pages (up to A4) or small items (e.g. pen) cost $150 and larger items including brochures cost $200.
