Sunmi was born in Korea. She went to Germany to learn more after graduating a bachelor degree in Yonsei University, Korea. She has done Diprom and Konzertexamen by Andreas Krecher in Duesseldorf, Germany She worked at Beethoven Orchestra in Bonn as a Tutti violin. After marriage, she moved to Perth and working for WASO since 2012. She is a professional violinist and over 10 years experienced teacher.
