Allegri Chamber Orchestra will present a concert on Sunday May 27 at 3pm at St Thomas' Church, Claremont. Under the artistic direction of Jacek Slawomirski – recently awarded the Cross of Merit by the Polish Republic – and led by Jocelyn Cullingford, the concert will feature two soloists. Local Cellist and music teacher Anna Sarcich will present the Georg Monn Cello Concerto in G minor and Year 11 Hale School student Michael Wikarta will perform the violin solo in 'Winter' from the Four Seasons by Vivaldi. Other works include Telemann’s Concerto Polonois and Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No 3.
Tickets are $30 adults and $20 students and concession, and are available through BOCS Ticketing 9484 1133 and at the door.
